Beautiful loft styled condominium, gem of natural light. A open concept layout with modern finishes. The neighbourhood is on a cul de sac in Orleans near the Ottawa River. Nature view out of the windows and walking trails near by if needed. ‚óè 14 ft. - 11 ft. loft studio space, and powder room. 7.5 ft. ceilings with beams. *Doors that are closed must stay closed at all times. Kitchen can be used for water however no cooking access unless catering permitted booking has been authorized. ‚óè One regular front door entry into the condominium ‚óè Free parking, day and night (any spot labeled "visitors"). Street parking is available if visitors is full. ‚óè The studio has a 1.4" steel backdrop stand, two Neewer softboxes 700 watts, 1 white high quality brick backdrop, 1 reflector. Please note that items provided in the studio are bonuses to renting. We are under no circumstances liable if the items become defective during a shoot, we do not need to provide this however sharing is caring. It is the client's responsibility to have proper gear.

In case of cancellation 2 days before the rental period, 100% of the rental amount is refunded. If canceled one day before the rental period, 50% of the rental amount is refunded. If you cancel the same day the rental period starts, no refund is made. Read more
