In case of cancellation 2 days before the rental period, 100% of the rental amount is refunded. If canceled one day before the rental period, 50% of the rental amount is refunded. If you cancel the same day the rental period starts, no refund is made. Read more

"We got paddle board with broken puddle that ended up sinking in the lake. And we just rode back and fourth for paddle boarding without any chance to use it. Carolina was agree to split paddle cost 50/50 but I never get my portion from her. Overall I upset about experience. I know right after myself paddle board set was picked up by someone else and if I would return it without paddle or broken - next person also never had chance to swim with it as Carolina doesn’t check conditions of items."

"Communication before we picked up our rentals was clear and consistent. She was able to help answer questions etc. When we got to the lake we found only one paddle and when I had asked there wasn’t any communication passed me asking if there was supposed to be another one. I ended having to drive into town to rent one from Banff Canoe Company and was never offered any sort of discount or refund which I’m a little upset about."
