Our venue has the benefit of being a unique historic space in central Ottawa with plenty of character and ambience. The combination of an amazing display of 30 local artists in our 120 year old heritage building is a foolproof recipe for positive vibes and an enjoyable atmosphere for your guests. Also included with the rental fee are the following amenities: a trendy repurposed wood and tile bar and beautifully decorated outdoor deck, tables, chairs, hightops, air conditioning, surround sound plug-and-play audio system, free parking, insurance, event planning consultation, and post-event clean up. ***Venue Pricing STARTS at $1200/day. In case of cancellation 2 days before the rental period, 100% of the rental amount is refunded. If canceled one day before the rental period, 50% of the rental amount is refunded. If you cancel the same day the rental period starts, no refund is made.
