Rustic barn sits on a 100 acre farm that is centrally located. Wifi is included as well as free parking with at least 20 spaces available. The venue can comfortably fit approximately 150 people inside and the barn is wheelchair accessible. Please keep in mind that any other inclusions must be supplied and coordinated by the booker (I.e. tables & chairs).
Fat Llama covers damages up to $40,000 per item
In case of cancellation 2 days before the rental period, 100% of the rental amount is refunded. If canceled one day before the rental period, 50% of the rental amount is refunded. If you cancel the same day the rental period starts, no refund is made.
