In case of cancellation 14 days before the rental period, 100% of the rental amount is refunded. If canceled 7 days before the rental period, 50% of the rental amount is refunded. If there are less than 7 days left before the rental period starts, no refund will be made.

I have rented a variety of camping equipment from Paul (sleeping bag/mat/inflatable mat and a tent) (for a cycling and camping weekend) Paul has been responsive throughout and even advised a beginner like me on how to use the gear (assemble the tent, etc..).
