NOTICE: * ID will be required for first time borrowers. * I will only handover items to the account holder. * I will NOT send items in courier. LOCATION: I am based near Lawrence Hill Station, Bristol CANCELLATIONS Please enquire before booking! I will have to accept any booking whether the item is available or not in order to maintain experienced-lender status. If an item is NOT available, you will then have a choice to cancel the item at your end. Get a credit note for a future hire. Or I will have to refund you personally at a 50% loss. ALWAYS DOUBLE CHECK AVAILABILITY WITH ITEMS AND MYSELF BEFORE BOOKING: I ensure that all items are working perfectly before and after each hire. If there are any specific questions regarding my items please don't hesitate to ask. ****************************************** DISCLAIMERS & RULES: 1.) Before making a booking double check that my items are available and exactly what you’re looking for. I list my items carefully and thoroughly. Don’t assume I’ll throw something in that isn’t listed. 2.) Please check that the items are all present and accurate to description on collection. Mistakes happen I can easily forget sometimes! I.e memory cards, batteries left on charge (I’m only human!). Take a clear picture of the kit before you use it and use this as a reference for ensuring all is present when you’re finished. 3.) Please make sure that you research or have experience in using the items before hiring out. I recommend using the insurance facility in case things go wrong. Remember to contact me if there are any issues. I don’t release anything unless I’m 100% sure it’s in good working order! 4.) All items are collection and drop off only. I am not obliged to commute for handovers. 5.) Please ensure good time keeping and double check all components before return. If you repeatedly return late or with lost items you will be blacklisted. 6.) If an item is not returned on its scheduled date you will need to pay for an extra day. If you do not. Fatllama will charge an extra 100% on the original price as a fine. Or in some cases they will charge you the value of the product itself! This can take up to 10 days to be reimbursed. I.e if a camera is due back on the 23rd, you must bring it back before midnight latest on the 23rd. If it goes past that you pay for the extra day or be charged. 7.) Lenders NEVER reveal their address until a booking has been confirmed. Outside a booking both lender and borrower are not protected under Fatllama Guarantee. This is why I won't accept cash payment. If a hire isn't booked via Fatllama it isn't protected by Fatllama. Verifications and bookings can take a while to come through, please be patient. 8.) Please use Insurance where applicable. Things can go wrong, over time equipment can fail, accidents happen, overseas customs can confiscate items i.e batteries/drones. Please use common sense and research if in doubt. I am here to help as much as I can. 9.) If you decide to Cancel an item this is your obligation to do so. I will Not Lose valuable points because of you. Simply speak to the team who can do it for you. Bear in mind if you cancel a booking within 48 hours they may keep 30% as a late cancelation fee. I am also not obliged to pay you that. I do however propose a credit note in place of a cancelation for a future hire. 10.) Please keep my kit clean. I understand some locations may be dirty warehouses or muddy fields. If my kit comes back in an unsatisfactory state. You will be blacklisted.
