Hi, I'm Catherine, a passionate ocean-swimmer year-round. Gotta love those endorphins in the winter! I also enjoy growing a bountiful fragrant garden, as well as eating our great local food in the Comox Valley. When I'm not doing those things, I'm helping the over-50 crowd feel happy, build long strong muscles and move better, in my Yoga classes.
