Extremely unprofessional and non understanding of situations. He was very nice at the start, later on due to situations I informed him I would returning the lense late and he was extremely rude and continued being rude, which Indicated that he was very unprofessional! He not understanding about no one else's situation other than himself which shows that he's inconsiderate and extremely  selfish.  

Simon was a pleasure to deal with. Communication was a breeze and he did everything possible to make the process as simple as possible for me.
