I have two canon 5d mark iv and I am experienced renter in Fatlam 

The communication was great, the lens was a little faulty at times. Overall the experience was great for a big client job. I appreciate Tes’ attentiveness and flexibility!  

Camera came to me with 2% battery life, and no Charger, just an usb cord.  Definitely was disappointed, and made me research other avenues for peer to peer rental.

Great experience only one issue with the battery, 3rd party battery so it dies a little too fast.. spoke to Tes about it hopefully he addresses the issue

There were some bumps in the communication at first to get the rental but everything turned out great. Tes was nice and the camera was fantastic. 

Easy communication with the renter. In addition to the camera and lens, this also came with a battery, charger, and flash card. Thank you Tes! Will definitely be renting from Tes again in the near future. The Fat Llama Team made sure that the rental went smoothly and was very accommodating to delivery/ pick up times and locations.

Meeting was easy and prompt, camera works perfectly 

Tes rents the equipment out at a very reasonable rate and it was brand new. He also drives an Uber so can arrange dropoff or pickup. It was sometimes difficult to coordinate our schedules, but it ended up working out.

Never got the equipment to rent sent a ldriver that was unreliable then tried to charge me again for deliver which would have totaled more than the rental nice guy buyback I don’t think he canceled my order either
