Very unorganised. Refuses to talk on the phone only text which is quite suspicious. 
Was meant to confirm days before hand ended up asking to pick up an hour before. 
Very inconsiderate and ungrateful but with all that we tried to help as much as possible. 

I hope they learn how to run thing’s professionally to avoid confusion and dissatisfaction.
