I had to drop the light off 1 hour later than agreed as the shoot overran. Jack was extremely awkward about it and wanted to charge another full day's hire (despite me already paying triple the day rate to meet their arbitrary minimum hire charge). They then left me a false and misleading review as 'punishment'. Unprofessional and greedy behaviour, I was quite surprised.
