Very understanding and flexible. Scooter had amazing battery life. 

Really compact which makes this scooter perfect to take on tube and commute to work. 
I just set the speed in really natural way for scooter by just pushing off the ground and it will keep the speed until i hit the brake or land on a bigger bump. I haven't found any cons yet product from lender so far.
