Not a good experience.  Very late return and strained communication. I even got told off for living 'too far away' by the driver

For one more time very good communication, item came back without any problem.

Really bad experience. Needed to contact Fat Llama just to get back item, didn't answered to my messages, was late one day and I needed to travel to his house just to get it back. Didn't know how to use gimbal and left bad review just because of his own fault. If you don't know how to use it just ask for help. 

Shawn was polite and friendly, but need to mark down due to the one-day late return and without paying the penalty fee.
