Borrower booked the light from 16th Dec till 18 Dec
Agreed that we would be able to deliver this to him Monday and pick up on Wednesday. 
We did mentioned to Alex that we don't do action if customer doesn't pay for delivery, obviously, to void chasing after so all is good, smooth and completed before hand, we can work without issues and everyone is happy. 

From our goodwill we did deliver it to him on Monday, expecting him to pay as he has PROMISED on Monday

He never paid invoice till SATURDAY morning (when obviously office is closed and we can't even pick up our light )

also he has lost some items from equipment (which he did cover, but not worth my time do find/buy new as is rental earns 17 gbp lol )

The rental was really excellent. Alex was communicative, really helpful with transport and flexible with pickup/dropoff. Thank you!
