Lovely guy, kit worked a charm. He was 25 minutes late, for pickup, then when we agreed drop off he delayed it to 2 hours later which meant I got charged £10 for cancelling my courier that was already on the way. Seems he has been pretty good with others, so I was most likely an exception. 

Raphael is a very friendly and helpful chap, would of course recommend to other potential borrowers! :)
