Tom seems like a nice chap, I would have given him 5 stars but we seem to have one issue after the other, firstly he booked for 2 days Fri/Sat and when I told him pick up at 10am and he had to return it on Sunday 10am (48hr) he then asked for the whole day Sunday for free as well, which I then requested that he book for an extra day but he was reluctant to. So we agreed for him to return the drone by midnight on Sunday/Monday if he picked up on Saturday instead for insurance reason (we agreed not to change the booking days as long as it's back before midnight) but he failed to return the item on time and I didn't get it back until 3am Monday. 

Then there was a issue with the memory card as it was a slower card and wont record at 4K which the last renter left in there by accident, He made a big deal on this as he claimed he had to go out and buy a card for the shoot (being a videographer you would think that he would have plenty of cards like everyone else) so he requested a refund of 1 day which was a bit outrageous because if he did had to go out and buy the card that would have delayed him for 1hr max and it didn't effect the shoot which went ahead according to Tom (I would have pulled my card from my mobile if you use an android). He said it was more of a budget thing than a delay but being a videographer without a microSD Card and you rent drones all the time, one would think you need a few to be honest. 

Additionally when inspecting the drone I notice scratches on the remote which wasn't there before but I wrote that off as ware and tear and didn't mention it. All the items was poorly repacked in the box with external signs of damage (again ware and tear) on top he forgot to return the charger so I had to wait until 2am on a Wednesday to get it back. 

I suspect he is going to leave me a bad review because I didn't give him a refund but thats OK as long as everyone knows to be cautious when dealing with Tom and to 100% stick to the rules and check equipment.

I however will not rent to him again not because of the slight damages but the shear hassle dealing with him and cheeky request for freebies and refunds and not returning the item on time.

Reliable renter, was very flexible for pickup and drop off.

Great communication, prompt response, arrived on time for pickup and return. Returned the item in the same condition. I would happily rent Items again to Tom in the future..
