Dominic was really communicative and accommodating during the rental process. The camera and lenses were in perfect condition and I had a great shoot!

I had the worst experience from this lender;

1. Bad service: My request was accepted 3 days after
2. Bad communication: I messaged the lender 3 days before about setting up time of collection and did not receive any response
3. the day of the collection, still didn't hear anything from the lender - I started to worry a lot as I had planned my shoot but no equipment, which left me with no other choice but to hire another camera (I ended up paying double, and the camera wasn't that cheap to hire!)
4. I informed Fatlama they sent a cancellation request to him so that I can get a refund-he did not accept it! I lost my money £££ for something I didn't even use
