I think it was due to business but the lender was very poor at communicating, had to pay the cost of rental but never recieve a time or place to pick up the gear. I couldn't cancel the order either. Later on the lender assured me it was cancelled. However never got notification of cancellation.

Nick is a really nice guy i could chat with for hours about filmmaking. Gear worked perfectly and as described. He made sure i had everything i wanted before departing. I appreciate he went the extra mile.
