Borrower was friendly but punctuality and communication needed improvement

Raysa returned the lens in good condition but unfortunately, her communication wasn’t very good. I wasn’t going to be home till late on the return date so I gave her till the next day at no extra cost and we agreed on a drop-off around morning/ midday but she never messaged me and I had to message her which I did asking when she was coming but she didn’t reply till 5:30 pm. She then said she was sick and do I have a pickup service? If she was sick she still could have contacted me to let me know. After I said no she came and dropped off the lens. I don’t like leaving negative reviews this is my first but when she also returned the wrong lens case and didn’t bother to communicate about returning the correct one after I messaged her this is all just unfair on people renting out equipment to put up with such a hassle and no respect. 


Amazing borrower, easy communication and very punctual, would definitely recommend to any lender out there! 5*
