7 foot skirt is used along with the 14 foot skirt to get the 21 foot length needed to cover all sides of an 8 ft banquet table. The skirting is easy to attach using the built in velcro strip and attaching it to the 1" plastic skirt clips that are included with your skirting rental. Skirting is often used on head tables and in situations when you would have someone sitting on one side of the table. In case of cancellation 2 days before the rental period, 100% of the rental amount is refunded. If canceled one day before the rental period, 50% of the rental amount is refunded. If you cancel the same day the rental period starts, no refund is made.
