The Sachtler Flowtech 75 tripod legs are a real God-send in this setup as they adjust from the top, so you don't have to support all the camera/slider weight while crouching down. Thats why its a £1000 tripod! 

Included with the slider is the case and the extension poles** and both belts (**I have trimmed 20cm off the extension poles, so they will now give you about 1ft extension to the standard configuration). The slider is so smooth due to the flywheel mechanism. All feet intact. If using full extension I’d recommend a light stand under the long end
