-Brendan agreed to have us use his drone for one hour at the local park -Brendan arrived 50 minutes late -Brendan told me to take the item home and return it tomorrow -He said "get the app for the drone" -The wire he supplied would only work for an i-phone, not an android. -After several hours of attempting to locate the correct app, no app worked with this drone; when connecting the remote to the phone, it automatically opened one of the downloaded apps, which forced me to download a non-verifiable file. -I asked Brendan if he would at least agree to have us use it together for 15 minutes so that my son could enjoy it -He responded that I may have it for another day. -However, he failed to answer any phone calls, and he failed to understand that the item was useless to me without the correct app -He responded "Please return it." -I asked Brendan for a refund as I was not able to make any use of it, nor had he answered any phone calls or text when I told him that I was having issues. -Brendan proclaimed he is sick and must go inside

I’d leave more stars if I could! Rental went great. Lens was just what I needed & Brendan was very helpful. I definitely recommend
