Communication before we picked up our rentals was clear and consistent. She was able to help answer questions etc. When we got to the lake we found only one paddle and when I had asked there wasn’t any communication passed me asking if there was supposed to be another one. I ended having to drive into town to rent one from Banff Canoe Company and was never offered any sort of discount or refund which I’m a little upset about.

I didn’t end up using the SUP due to the smoke but Carolina is always fast with responding the message and easy pick up and return. Would definitely come back again when the smoke clears up!
