Equipment was in excellent condition/as described and Aaron helped with the installation. Pick up and drop off exchanges were prompt and friendly. Well worth the rental.

Patches over holes that fell off due to what appeared to be a poor adhesive. Bugs in trailer as a result. 28 year old trailer, jack would not crank up trailer when I left camp site. I had to buy him a new one. Makeshift coat hanger that you need to insert into the crank in order to put trailer up and take down. Clean- for sure, has everything you need. There are positives that existed. Just be careful, it’s almost 30 years old and items this age are depreciated. If anything goes you’ll be paying out of pocket for it at full pop for a new part. I’m sorry but I’m not in agreement with that. I think some accountability should exist on a rental of this age versus putting it all on the customer. No accountability on the owner’s end to me and my young family who used it only to sleep and had to do so with bugs in it.
