Probably not what you would consider ‘Portable’ in this day and age but back in the day you’d buy a new record and take it home to listen to it on one of these beauties.

If you wanted to show your friend you would lock down the lid and take the whole thing with you, because chances are they didn’t have one.

It has a speaker and amp built in so you just plug and play.

It still sounds good and looks amazing, has a little crackle in the volume which can be fixed quite easily.

It has a few bumps and scrapes, but seeings as it’s 50 or 60 years old she’s in good shape.

Beautiful even just as a display piece.
