This is the DJI RavenEye portable HDMI transmitter.
(similar functionality to Accsoon CineEye)

Originally designed for use with a number of DJI gimbals but can in fact be used with any camera with an HDMI output to transmit extremely low latency images to any Phone or Tablet using the DJI Ronin app.
