The spinlock grips make it easy for you to add or remove weights as you progress. You can add as little as 1.25kg at a time - making progression happen at your pace. The vinyl plates are matched with a rubber grip for a smooth, comfortable workout and the plates can be removed and easily stacked when you're done.

Home Gym Setup for Hire

1x adjustable, selectable 32.5kg dumbbell
1x adjustable weights bench (incline, flat, decline and also collapses for storage)
1x heavy duty floor mat (2m x 1.5m, 1cm thick and very sturdy)

The adjustable dumbbell is great. Push the button, spins the dial to the desired weight, lift the dumbbell and you're good to go - the right number of plates stay attached to the handle and the ones you don't need are left on the stand.  Max 32.5kg, can be adjusted in increments of 2.5kg down to a minimum of 5kg.

Renting these out as my gym is currently open. They'll make for a great home gym for you if yours isn't. Long term rentals are welcome but I'll reserve the right to ask for their return with a week's notice, despite the length of your original booking, and return you the balance of your rental on a pro-rata basis.

Collection in SE12. You'll need a car. Open to sensible suggestions for local deliveries.
