Q: What is the cancellation policy?

48-hour cooling off period in which you’ll be fully reimbursed if you cancel a rental you’ve booked. Please note that if you book a rental within 48 hours of the rental start date (e.g. if you book a rental for on Monday evening for Wednesday morning), then this cooling-off period does not apply.

An Atomos Ninja V with all of the accoutrements needed to record and monitor 4K 10-bit 422 footage in DNxHR, ProRes and ProRes Raw codecs. The monitor has been updated to record ProRes Raw from all compatible cameras. Included in this package are: Soft Carry Case, 2 x NP-F Batteries, Charger, SmallRig HotShoe Adjustable Monitor Mount, 2 x Samsung 480GB SSDs in Atomos Caddys, 1 x SanDisk 3D NAND 480GB SSD (suitable for more intense formats...

i.e. 60p, 4K, ProRes Raw) in Atomos Caddy, and a SATA (SSD)-to-USB 3.0 cable. I can also include an HDMI 2.0 cable, but the only ones I have are 2m long. Condition is "used, but good". Any questions, please do not hesitate to ask. Thank you for looking. -- A thorough inspection and photographing of the equipment will take place prior to every hire. At the collection you will need to send a message via the Fat Llama app confirming that the equipment is in a suitable condition. In the event of any damage you will be required to professionally repair or replace the item (in accordance with Fat Llama's policies). If the item is not able to be returned within the rental period, you will be charged a standard 'day' rental fee (24 hours) for each subsequent day that passes until the item is returned. Pickup and return hours are flexible at the discretion of myself and the party loaning the item.
