The Canon C300 Mark II is an excellent cinema camera, it has 10bit color, 15stops of dynamic range, and superb low light capability. It can also shoot C-log, Clog 2, and amazing C-log 3 which isn't available not even on the c200.  

The Tilta Shoulder Rig is a solid piece of kit, it comes with the Tilta Follow focus making that quick focus more versatile.
