Nice guitar made in USA (2008 marked the last year the 200 series was produced in the USA before production of these models moved to Mexico) for studio recording or live performance.
Thin and comfortable tropical mahogany American neck with ebony fretboard. It has a solid Stika Spruce top, Rosewood back & sides (laminated).

It is a guitar with typical Taylor character (not scratch free^^) that has been played a lot. 

Tone color: Overall warm, mid-range-heavy tonal characteristics with subtle overtones. Respond well to both aggressive playing and more subtle playing

Very similar to other overdrives screamers like the TS-9 and the Super Overdrive. This pedal custom made by Phoenix electronics drives the tone a little more than them so it is great for some crunchy classical rock riffs or soloing. Preserves very well the amp and guitar tone uniqueness. Got level, Tone, and Drive control with a boost.
