Mixing a useful zoom range with a sophisticated design, the Canon EF-mount Sigma 17-70mm f/2.8-4 DC Macro OS HSM is a Contemporary-series lens, also characterized by its compact, lightweight profile. The bright f/2.8-4 maximum aperture range pairs with the wide-angle to short-telephoto zoom range to create an ideal travel and everyday lens. The optical design uses a series of low dispersion and aspherical elements to control color fringing and distortion in order to realize high clarity and sharpness. A Super Multi-Layer Coating has also been applied to suppress flare and surface reflections for improved contrast in bright conditions. Also, this zoom sports a high 1:2.8 maximum magnification and 8.7" minimum focusing distance to suit working with close-up subjects.

All come with 3D printed focus gears of cine standard 0.8 pitch and have 55mm front threads, (the 28mm via 48-55mm step-up ring). Can also include 55-82mm and other step up rings upon request.

Regarded as one of the best 2x scopes, this is the Kowa B&H anamorphic projection lens with single focus solution.

Paired with 50mm and 90mm Leica Summicron-R taking lenses and HardcoreDNA, the results from this combo are stunning. Note that the Leicas are Canon EF mount.

Assuming you are using 15mm rods - the scope comes pre-aligned in the clamp and shouldn't be adjusted at all.

The rear thread of the clamp is 62mm, and the Leicas have 55mm threads. The kit includes a 55-62mm step-up ring for easily mounting them to the scope. I have also included a 49-62mm step-up ring if you want to use the scope with other popular taking lenses such as the Mir-1B 37mm, Helios 44-2 58mm and Jupiter 9 85mm. I also have these lenses for hire, just ask!

The minimum focus distance with this setup is 0.7m, so I have included +1 and +2 diopters that screw directly onto the Hardcore DNA's 86mm threads for when you want to get really close. I can also included an 86-82mm step-down ring if you wish to use your own filters e.g. Promist/ND/polarisers.

With this clamp set up on 15mm rods you can change between lenses in less than 30 seconds, and I'm more than happy to show you how on collection.
