The 550D is a very capable camera. The image quality is very good and the HD video is also excellent. It has quite a small lightweight body. The 550D packs in more megapixels than the EOS 50D (18Mp versus 15.1) and offers more sophisticated HD video features, with the ability to manually control exposure. This is an ideal DSLR for the serious amateur or somebody wanting to upgrade from an entry-level model.

A great camera that's travelled the world with me to create some absolutely beautiful images. It has all the capacity and necessary facilities for advanced operation of it's older bigger brothers and sisters but is much lighter and easier to carry for travelling or shoots where you will be holding it for longer periods.

Can also act as a 2nd camera for the C100 mki as it can shoot 1920 x 1080 full hd. Is cracked with Magic Lantern so can record raw but also works as expected with standard operations as well. Always amazes me how good the footage comes out and will cut very nicely with a C100.

 Used but in great condition, my Canon 550D. Lovely little DSLR camera that produces some gorgeous images.  This item comes with LP-E8 Battery (and charger with USB cable) , Canon strap, 16GB SD card, 75-300mm lens, 18-55mm lens (lens is faulty. Works fine no scratches, but at 18mm the camera doesn’t recognise lens. Any other lens size it works perfectly) , shoulder bag with dividers, and 58mm screw in UV filter. Happy to answer any questions about the items! 

NB: FLASH DOESN'T WORK
Brilliant for video. Comes with 2x rechargeable batteries plus recharging dock, 2 x16gb SD cards, and USB cable. Lens is Canon 50mm 1.8 lens. 
The flash doesn't work well (doesn't always lift up when it's supposed to). 

Canon 550D, great for filming. Flash doesn’t raise easily so not great if you want to do flash photography. Comes with 3x batteries plus charging dock and 2x 16gb sd cards . Delivery and collection in London possible.
