This is the big motha of belt sanders. It's the one suitable for sanding your floor.

The sander will have a belt on it, and I usually have some extra belts that I can supply at £5/ea. If you have a big project, it's worth going to the hardware store and buying a pack of belts

Bosch circular saw 1.500W with parallel guide.

Mac Allister 1200W 165mm circular saw. Adjustable cut depth to 90mm max, and angle up to 45 degrees. LED "laser" guide and lock button to keep the saw on during extended cutting.  Can be connected to a dust extractor hose.

Jigsaw and high quality wood cutting bit (I can also supply one that cuts metal). Adjustable cut angle up to 45 degrees.

Variable speed trigger and lock button to keep the jigsaw on without needing to hold the trigger for extended cuts.  Can connect a dust extraction hose to the back.

Macallister power sander with vibrating action (not a belt or orbital sander). Comes with a small dust extraction bag (as shown in photos) or can be connected to a dust extractor hose.  

Sanding sheets not supplied. Takes standard sized sanding sheets and comes with a punch to punch holes for the dust extractor. Do ensure you get the heavier duty sheets designed for power sanders and not normal sandpaper as the sander will quickly tear through anything light weight.
