This was my first rental with Fat Lama and Although our rental was last minute late and late in the day, Chris was really supportive and accommodating to our needs. Thank you for your patience and help Chris. The drill helped us to complete something we had waited weeks to finish and for the fraction of the price (we nearly paid to buy a new one).

Drill worked fine for solid concrete walls. Chris was quick to respond to all queries too. Overall a very good experience.
