Great communication and flexibility.. the machine works superb, I had to extend the period a few times because of how dirty I found the sofas in the flat I moved into and had to go through them thoroughly over and over. She was super flexible and understanding. I would definitely rent from her again and recommend her! Thanks Alison!

Great comms and cleaner. There is also street parking immediately outside her front door which you can use when picking it up.
