Quality kit, but somewhat unclear communication and pickup and delivery were a bit complicated

The equipment was as advertised, and good value but the whole experience was convoluted and frustrating. Firstly the pick up location moved from East London, which was selected for convenience to Kings Cross. Not too bad, but then the arranged morning pickup (9am) was changed on the morning, when I had already set off. After hanging in Kings Cross for several hours (at least 5 hours) I finally received the equipment then headed back East. On setting up the return, my wife and collaborator was spoken to in a sexist and patronising tone, 'alright darling" etc. We returned the equipment and typically there was no one to receive, so we left with a 'trusted' neighbour, worrying to leave such valuable equipment in this way. I was excited to discover this well stocked and priced company, but I doubt I will be using them again in the future.
