I feel very disappointed that there is not the option of a zero star rating because that is what this service provider deserves. He was rude, arrogant and obnoxious and came across as a racist inconsiderate person. He lied about his whereabouts when we were trying to return the goods and gave us equipment that was insufficiently charged. I would advise any potential customers to avoid this user like the plague. What a terrible experience, would also advise Fat Llama to create a zero rating in special circumstances like this. Absolutely horrific, please avoid!
