Rude, horrible communication, condescending upon pick up and made us drive to 2 different locations and added an extra hour and a half to our journey, called me on a personal number for 3 days straight and then claimed he never got the heater back, despite timestamped photographic evidence. It's not worth it.

Easy communication, drop-off and pick-up really well organized, just needed to give the chairs a little wipe-down (but that's normal!) and all went super smooth. Couldn't be happier!
