The Flowline 500N Professional Ergonomic Camera Support Vest from FLYCAM is a body-worn vest support system that is adjustable to support camera rigs weighing 10 to 12kg, although if you check the pictures it can hold good a BMPCC4k, V-lock and the Sigma 18-35, I would not put less than that to be honest. The system works by using a suspension line to support the weight of the gimbal rig, taking the load off your shoulder, neck, and arm muscles, and distributing it across your torso.

The tension line is adjustable by turning a screw on the top bar, letting you dial in the appropriate amount of tension for your rig. The system consists of the vest, a support bar, a line tightening knob, and a 20.5" top bar with a 7" support arm extension. The vest is adjustable for hip sizes from 34 to 56", and it is optimized for use with motorized gimbal stabilizers, providing increased lower back support that allows you to carry weights further away from your body.

I have also added a nice padding in the belt part for better comfort.

The Mini Follow Focus is made as a single unit with the ability to adjust the single rod attachment to fit any sized cine lens or photo lens. The single rod attachment mounts to any standard 15mm rail.

The Focus wheel features a 360-degree rotation with adjustable hard stops. The focus wheel also features a fluid dampening system that helps with precision focusing. The marking disk is removable and can be marked and cleaned for repeated use.

The kit includes the Mini Follow Focus, a Zip Tie Follow Focus Ring, a 15mm single rod attachment, two allen keys, a 15x100mm black aluminum rod and a portable case.

This wireless follow focus from Tilta will allow you to add FF to your Moza, DJI or Zhiyun gimbals with smooth focus pulls for either cine or photo lenses. The follow focus requires 5-15V from the Gimbal or even the USB-C from your Blackmagic Pocket Cinema Camera 4K unit as well as traditional sources such as power banks and V-Lock batteries.
