The Syrp Variable ND Filter is an essential filmmaking and photography tool. With 1 to 8.5 stops of light reduction, create a dreamy bokeh effect in your films, ideal for shooting video with DSLR or mirrorless cameras.
Many interchangeable lens cameras do not include built-in variable ND filters, making them almost impossible to be used effectively for video in outdoor applications. The Syrp Variable ND filter reduces the amount of light passing through the lens and allows for shooting at wide-open apertures even in bright conditions.
It can also be used for long exposure photography or time-lapse, as it allows you to slow your shutter speeds, giving you the option to shoot glassy smooth lakes and waterfalls.
Made from high-quality Japanese glass, each kit comes protected in a genuine leather case.

The SLR Magic Anamorphot-50 1.33x Anamorphic Adapter allows you to expand your creative horizons, enabling you to capture footage with a 2.35:1 aspect ratio on your camera with a 16:9 sensor. This results in an image that out of the camera will look distorted, as if your subjects were stretched taller and thinner than normal. This is easily corrected in post with virtually any modern NLE, creating an image suitable for viewing on wide-screen.

The Anamorphot-50 features adjustable focus marked normal and near. The near adjustment allows you to focus on subjects closer than 6.5' away; setting the adapter to normal allows you to focus on subjects from 6.5' to infinity. It mounts to lenses with a non-rotating front and a front thread diameter of 62mm. Three included step-up rings allow you to mount the Anamorphot onto lenses with 58, 52, or 49mm front thread diameter. SLR Magic recommends that the Anamorphot-50 1.33x be used with lenses that have a front element that is physically no larger than 50mm in diameter.

A 16:9 sensor records an image with an aspect ratio of approximately 1.78:1, and if you want to convert that to a more cinematic widescreen aspect ratio of 2.35:1 you could crop your image in post. However, this leads to a loss in resolution and image degradation. The Anamorphot 1.33x squeezes the image horizontally, which creates the classic tall / thin image that must be "de-squeezed" in post. The anamorphic process allows you to capture your image using your entire sensor, so there is no loss in resolution when compared with cropping your image.

The Tiffen 77mm Black Pro-Mist 1/4 Filter helps to reduce the value of the highlights while slightly lowering the overall contrast. This filter is especially useful for smoothing out and softening facial wrinkles and other blemishes. While designed for use with movies, this filter can also be used for fashion and beauty applications. Unlike a traditional diffusion or soft focus filter, Pro-Mist filters provide little loss of detail across the image. The 1/4 density provides more contrast and highlight reduction than the 1/8, but less than the 1/2, while still allowing for a soft, pastel-like quality of light.

Tiffen filters are made using ColorCore technology, a process that involves laminating the filter substrate between 2 pieces of optical glass, grinding flat to a tolerance of 1/10,000th of an inch, and then mounting to precision metal rings.

Pro-Mist filters provide little loss of detail across the image compared to traditional diffusion and soft focus filters.

Especially useful for smoothing out and softening facial wrinkles and other blemishes.

Often, you want to balance light intensity between two areas within a scene. This is important outdoors to allow more sky detail while properly exposing the foreground. To be handles with great care, filter must be handles from the sides only from pouch to holder. I will supply cotton gloves to protect the surface from fingerprints. 

The purpose of the solid neutral density filter is to reduce exposure equally across the entire frame. This filter is used mainly in color photography for reducing light levels without altering the color of the image, it can also be used in black & white photography. Most commonly it is used to lengthen shutter speeds in order to blur the movement of clouds, water, or even people. These filters are also a great addition to portraiture photography to increase depth of field. Neutral density filters are particularly useful for compensating for too much light, in circumstances where altering shutter speed, aperture or film speed is not possible or desirable. Lee Neutral density filters have no impact on color balance as they are perfectly neutral.
Resin Filters are made from lightweight, optically correct polymeric materials. This ensures they are durable, easy to handle – and can be wiped clean if sprayed by sea or sand during a shoot.
