This machine is also known as Smile & Fun cloud machine, by definition, it's a machine capable of artificial clouds. Cloud machine because the clouds can produce a variety of shapes, so it is widely used in advertising, celebrations, conferences, wedding, performances, recreational activities and events.
It creates foam clouds by attaching helium gas canisters which push the foam up through interchangeable shape stencils. This shaped "cloud" then floats away.

Helium regular, hose, wand level cloud cutter and 3 stencils included.
Mouse head, star and heart stencils included. You can make your own stencils from cardboard or anything suitable.

Please bear in mind that my cloud machine is the smaller version to the one shown in the video, so stencil layout will be different.

Recommended - Snow & Foam Machine  Fluid Liquid To Make The Clouds And 20 Litre High Pressured Helium Cylinder.
The machine will not work with those small low-pressure Helium disposable bottles you can buy from a local toy store. 

The instruction manual will be provided on A4 paper.

I source my Helium from this company and they don't charge a rental fee on their Cylinders.
