Unfortunately our experience wasn’t ideal, I accidentally booked an item for our baby’s first birthday party (baby brain probably) and tried to cancel it a few times but Matty wouldn’t respond to my messages and charged us anyway. He was well within his rights to do that but still, not a particularly kind move in the situation.
