I didn’t need to borrow the item in the end but as it was a last minute booking cancellation was not possible. Would have been nice to be offered a refund or even partial refund but of course he was under no obligation to do so. He was very quick to respond to all my queries though and it would have been a pleasant experience had it gone ahead.
