 Simply the best portable speaker I’ve even owned by a mile. It packs a punch with all the bass and no tinny sounds. It’s waterproof (not advised to submerge but it can happily sit out with you in the rain while you’re camping), can be paired via Bluetooth with other UE Booms for surround sound, and if you download the app you can put it into ‘Block party’ (DJ) mode so that everyone at your party can queue their own playlist for even more tunes. Rental comes in its original box with charging cables. Single charge can last up to 12 hours.

 This speaker is actually better than a expected, it’s a water resistant speaker encased in a rubber amplifier which make the sound at least 5 times louder and makes it muffled when you turn it around and honestly lauder than I expected.

This is a super powerful, very rugged bluetooth speaker. It's got enough grunt to fill a large room with sound, and can also easily be paired with other UE Boom/Megaboom speakers. 

Pickup is from my local Tube station, FInchley Central, unless the rental is for several days - then I'll come into central London. 

The Sounboks 2 has a 12" speaker inside and can be connected via bluetooth or aux connection. The battery is capable of handling 8 hours of playback and can be used outdoors too. The speaker is also only about 300lb so very easy to carry around.
