here are some informations based on the questions I get asked all the time. 
please read it through: 

**specify what day and what time you would like to pick it up and bring it back. One day is considered of 24 hours. If you are thinking of using it for more time please request the right number of days.
**To make it a quick transaction and avoid any disappointments At the moment of collection i will take some pictures of it send them to you via Whatsapp as a reference, you will need to check them, check the scooter and reply by txt to say it is all working and in good conditions before you take it. It will be your responsibility to bring it back in the same conditions
**If this is your first rental on Fat Llama please make sure you get fully verified, keep in mind that if you havent rented items of the value of £500 you might need to go through further verifications before you can send the request. This can sometimes take a little while
**PLease dont offer me to pay cash , you will need to send a proper request through the website. also I am NOT selling this. 
**I have more scooters
**depending on a few factors this scooter is capable of traveling at max 15.5 mph (25 km/h) with a range of 18.6 miles (30 km).

I have been renting on Fat Lama for more than a year now and here I have collected some informations based on the questions I get asked all the time. 
please read it through:

** timings are 10:00 am to 9:00 pm, with some flexibility, however once we fix a time that is when the 24 hours start. 
** driving these scooters is very simple but I would advise to have a look at some videos online there are many on youtube, Just do a research “ m365 how to use it” 
-one key information : the break is by the handle, you dont  step on the rear wheel, or it will break 
**each scooter is for ONE PERSON ONLY - up to 80 kg
**stating the obvious i know ... but ...you are responsible for how you use it and any damages you may cause to it, to yourself or other people or things.
**pick up point is 5 min walk from covent garden.
