The Sony A7S II is a 35mm full-frame compact system camera with a 12.2 megapixel sensor that provides an incredible ISO range of 50-409,600 and high dynamic range. DTLA penthouse loft / film location / CYC / studio / rooftop

Big Time Studio LA is a beautiful live/work penthouse loft dedicated to film & photography production located in Historic downtown LA. 
It offers a great versatile location for your shoot with various looks and possibilities. 
It is 50ft x 40ft and it has a 15 foot high ceiling. Its features include classic brick walls, large windows all around the loft with blue velvet curtains. It's furnished and decorated with vintage furniture, artworks, plants and a lot more that create a unique atmosphere and can be used as props. 
The entire loft has grey polished concret flooring. 

All the ceiling lights individually change color and are dimmable. There are also Xmas lights on the ceiling providing a cozy low light atmosphere. The final touch is laser disco lights ! It's perfect for creating different moods. 
Once closed, the thick velvet curtains block almost all the day light. 

The studio area is equipped with different 12 foot wide seamless paper backgrounds in white and black and a 9ft wide chromakey green. Feel free to bring your own background if you need another color. 
The background holder system can be lifted all the way to the ceiling and offer a 15 foot tall and 21 foot large grey wall that can be used as a background or projection wall.
It comes with lighting: (1) Apurture 120d and 3 Quasar Science tubes with stands.
I can offer on-site equiment rental service (Cameras, additional lights, tripod, stands, sound gear, dolly, jib, etc) 

The lounge area has a Brooklyn vibe with brick walls and the urban view through the windows.

The Canon EOS 5D Mark III DSLR Camera is a full-frame 22.3MP DSLR featuring exceptional still image and movie recording capabilities. Integrating Canon's new DIGIC 5+ Image Processor and 14-bit A/D conversion, this camera is able to produce superbly detailed imagery with immense low-light sensitivity that is further aided by an extended ISO range up to 102400. Image quality is further enhanced by the new 61-point high density reticular autofocus, including up to 41 cross-type AF points and 5 dual diagonal AF points for ensured sharpness. iFCL metering works in conjunction with the AF system and uses color information from scenes to produce accurate exposure readings using a 63 zone dual-layer metering sensor. Utilizing a DX-format 24.2MP CMOS sensor and EXPEED 4 image processor, the D3500 provides a native sensitivity range from ISO 100-25600 to suit working in a variety of lighting conditions, and the sensor and processor combination also provides a 5 fps continuous shooting rate as well as Full HD 1080p video recording at 60 fps.
