Ever want to play your PC, but on your living room TV in the comfort of your couch? Yeah not many people are looking specifically for that. But hey maybe you're up for trying something different.

You'll want to launch Steam's Big Picture mode so that it can connect up with the Steam Link. From there, you can control your PC from the Steam Link.
There's a Steam Controller but it's... it's just the worst. So I'll give you a wires Xbox controller instead. Trust me it's far easier to use.

This original 500GB Playstation 4 allows you to play Playstation 4 Games! That's about it really. Does what it says on the tin. I also have a handful of games which I'll post seperately, but I imagine if you're renting a console at all you've already got your own games in mind. So uhh... yeah. Works fine and won't let you down!

The HD-PVR2 has two ports, and acts as a middle-man between your console and your computer. The device will install a program called "Hauppage" onto your computer which you can run to record/stream your gameplay. You'll need to install the latest drivers which are available here: http://www.hauppauge.com/pages/support/support_hdpvr2.html

An important note if you're recording on the PS4, before you connect the device you'll need to go into Settings > System > Enable HDCP and UNCHECK the box. Otherwise the display won't work. Trust me that gave me an awful fright the first time I tried it! There might be a similar process for the Xbox, but I've never tried recording on mine so that is an adventure you'll have to under-take yourself oh brave adventurer!

The latest little piece of tech from the company behind the world's bravest yet least plumbery plumber! I personally enjoy taking this bad boy with me when I travel to whittle the hours away, but it's also fun to connect up to a TV, grab a proper Gamecube controller, and boot up Smash Bros. Ultimate!

I charge a little more to rent this console out given its portability, which naturally carries a little more risk. Can't even joke. It's just a solid little piece of kit. Great fun if you're having a night in with a couple of mates and looking to have a good time in a more platonic fashion!
