The studio is a 1,700 sq/ft space, with access to 20,000 sq/ft roof, in the recently renovated 3rd Ward building in East Williamsburg, Brooklyn. The space is 4 blocks from both the Grand St. and Montrose Ave. L train stops. The building has a lobby and reception area, an elevator, loading dock, and city views. The studio is a mostly open floor plan with hardwood floors and white walls. The back 1/3 of the studio, the client lounge, has a kitchen, couch, coffee table, island, table and chairs. It is separated from the main shooting space by a covered bookshelf. There are two private bathrooms beyond the client lounge. The studio has over 500 sq/ft of windows and a view of manhattan between world trade and the empire state building. Blackout curtains easily make the entire studio completely dark.

Space is available to rent between 9:00am and 5:00pm Monday-Friday (though extended periods can be negotiated.)

$100/hr or $400/8 hours
