This is the  Manfrotto MVM500A Aluminum Fluid Monopod with 500 Head. It has a built in Quick Release system with 'Silky Smooth Panning'. It can support gear up to 11 pounds. At under 5 pounds it is light weight. Its minimum height is  30.31 inches and maximum height of 78.94 inches. This unit also has 3 mini legs for stability.

This is a 50mm lens if you have a full frame DSLR. If you have a APS-C camera it will be equivalent to a 80mm focal length.  This is a great camera for bokeh!
