Studio Schedule: Monday to Sunday  9am to 7pm.

Southern exposure provides beautiful natural light all day. Located in a historic elevator building with doorman in the LES. This stylish and comfortable studio is perfectly suited for portraiture, lookbooks, super flats, and creative photography. The loft is fully equipped for all photography needs. The studio is a 1,700 sq/ft space, with access to 20,000 sq/ft roof, in the recently renovated 3rd Ward building in East Williamsburg, Brooklyn. The space is 4 blocks from both the Grand St. and Montrose Ave. L train stops. The building has a lobby and reception area, an elevator, loading dock, and city views. The studio is a mostly open floor plan with hardwood floors and white walls. The back 1/3 of the studio, the client lounge, has a kitchen, couch, coffee table, island, table and chairs. It is separated from the main shooting space by a covered bookshelf. There are two private bathrooms beyond the client lounge. The studio has over 500 sq/ft of windows and a view of manhattan between world trade and the empire state building. Blackout curtains easily make the entire studio completely dark.

Space is available to rent between 9:00am and 5:00pm Monday-Friday (though extended periods can be negotiated.)

$100/hr or $400/8 hours
